Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs)
We help you evaluate ADCs as complete therapeutic systems. Because ADCs combine antibody precision with a cytotoxic payload, we assess the antibody, linker stability, payload activity, and overall efficacy and safety profile together.
Internalization Assays:
We use live-cell imaging, including Incucyte S3, to track how your antibody binds the target receptor and internalizes over time.
Payload Efficacy & Cytotoxicity:
We run in vitro cell viability assays to confirm that your payload kills target cells after internalization while limiting effects on healthy bystander cells
Bioanalysis & PK/PD:
We develop specialized LC-MS/MS and ELISA methods to quantify total antibody, total ADC, and free payload in plasma.
In Vivo Models:
We test your ADCs in patient-derived xenograft (PDX) or cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) models to evaluate tumor regression.
