Rare Cellular Functional Biomarkers by ELISPOT
While standard endpoint ELISAs quantify bulk cytokine concentrations, they cannot determine the frequency of the individual cells producing them. We utilize advanced Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot (ELISPOT) platforms to deliver functional, single-cell resolution of immune responses. With an exceptional limit of detection reaching down to approximately 1 in 100,000 cells, this technology provides up to 100 times greater sensitivity than conventional ELISA.
Our bespoke assay services provide crucial biomarker data to drive confident decision-making across advanced biotherapeutic and vaccine pipelines:
Therapeutic Mode of Action (MoA):
Track real-time cellular responses from cytokine production to cytotoxicity to clearly define how a novel immunomodulatory agent interacts with the immune system.
Cell Therapy Characterization:
Evaluate the efficacy and tumor-specific T cell responses of adoptive cell therapies, including CAR-T and Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs).
Preclinical Safety Biomarkers:
Utilize highly sensitive immune monitoring to assess potential immunotoxicity and immune-related adverse events during early drug development.
Cellular Immunogenicity Assessment:
Serve as the gold standard for enumerating antigen-specific T cells and B cells to accurately evaluate the magnitude and quality of vaccine-induced immune responses.
Durability & Immune Memory:
Quantify long-lived memory B cell and T cell responses to establish reliable biomarkers for long-term immunity and protection against reinfection.
Antigen & Adjuvant Screening
Efficiently screen large numbers of T cell epitopes and directly compare the functional effectiveness of different adjuvant formulations in driving desired Th1, Th2, or humoral responses.
